No Emergency Services

Appointment and Payment
This is a concierge, direct-pay medical practice. Dr. Knopp does not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for office visits or osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). All fees are charged directly to the patient at the time of service.
Current pricing is as follows: Initial evaluation — $450; Return visits — $250. These fees cover the full appointment, including history, examination, imaging review, and any OMT performed during that visit. Fees are subject to change; current pricing will always be confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Interventional procedures performed at affiliated hospital facilities (such as epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, nerve blocks, or peripheral nerve stimulation) are billed separately through the hospital system and may be covered by your insurance plan.
Payment is due at the time of service. Appointment cancellations should be made as early as possible as a courtesy to other patients.
